Event Ticketing SaaS
Ticketing that holds up on the busiest night.
The challenge
Event organisers were stitching together ticketing, payments, check in and marketing across half a dozen tools. On big event nights the payment flow was the first thing to buckle, exactly when it mattered most.
The solution
One platform for the whole event lifecycle. A Go payment core built for concurrency absorbs peak load, while organisers get live sales dashboards, QR check in with fraud checks, and a personalized discovery feed for attendees.

Gym Management OS
The busywork of running a gym, automated.
The challenge
SME gyms run on spreadsheets and chat apps, with manual renewals, paper attendance, missed follow ups, and no single view across locations.
The solution
A gym operating system that runs the admin for you. Onboarding, billing and renewals happen on their own, QR attendance feeds live dashboards, members get SMS, email and WhatsApp reminders from a shared credit balance, and role based access keeps multiple locations under one roof.

Restaurant Management OS
One system from the table to the pass.
The challenge
Restaurants juggle a POS, a separate ordering app, a printed menu, and a website that never matches the kitchen. Orders slip between the table and the pass.
The solution
An AI driven restaurant OS. Guests scan to order and pay, the kitchen works from a live synced dashboard, menus adapt to ordering patterns, and a customer facing site with reservations ships in the box.

Chautari Labs is an independent software studio based in Butwal, Nepal, founded in 2025 by Bimal Pandey. We're a tight-knit team of engineers and designers who build web and mobile products for clients across Nepal and abroad, plus our own products to push what we can do.
We don't operate like a typical agency. We embed with your team, align with your goals, and build with the same ownership mindset as founders. You work directly with the people writing the code, not an account manager.

Chautari Labs is a software development studio in Butwal, Nepal. We design and build web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and AI features for startups and established teams, and we run our own products alongside client work.
Chautari Labs is based in Butwal, Rupandehi, in Nepal's Lumbini Province. We were founded in 2025 and work remotely with clients across Nepal and internationally.
Our core stack is Next.js, React, Go, and Rust on the web; Flutter, Expo, and React Native for mobile; and PostgreSQL, Redis, and modern LLM tooling for data and AI. We pick the tool that fits the problem rather than forcing one stack.
Chautari Labs is a small senior team, so you work directly with the people building your product, decisions are fast, and we take on a limited number of projects at a time. For a focused product build, that hands-on model usually ships faster than a big agency with layers in between.
Yes. We work async across time zones and have shipped products used well beyond Nepal, including payment-critical systems that handle over a thousand concurrent transactions.
It depends on scope. Most engagements are either a fixed-scope project or a monthly embedded team. We give a clear estimate after a short discovery call, and we will tell you honestly if a smaller build would serve you better.
